The currency is intellectual capital: 35+ years of pattern recognition, proprietary methodology, operating experience across hundreds of companies, and the network, relationships, and introductions that come with it.
K.I.C. is not a fund. It does not raise outside capital. It does not manage other people’s money.
The model is simple. Our team advises companies we believe in deeply. I take equity positions alongside the founders. I bring the full advisory platform and team: the diagnostic, the roadmap, the capital introductions, the operating system, the team build, the market strategy, the network, and the methodology that powers it all. In return, I earn a meaningful stake in the outcome.
My success is tied to theirs. My incentives are aligned with theirs. And I only take positions in companies where I am confident our values align and our work will move the needle.
K.I.C. holds equity positions across a diversified portfolio spanning technology, clinical research, real estate development, capital markets, and strategic advisory. The portfolio includes a NYSE-listed company, high-growth operating companies, and early-stage ventures with significant upside.
