As a successful leader with more than 30 years of experience running $1B class efforts, I was skeptical that Kris could offer additional tools and approaches that I was not already aware of. Thankfully, I was proven wrong as his approaches for setting up an organization and creating a successful accountability structure have re-energized me and been a key part of my leadership success.
